Overview

We're currently looking for experienced Fire Protection Project Managers to join an established and growing Fire Protection contractor.

We have opportunities across both Wet Fire and Dry Fire, so whether your background is in sprinkler systems, hydrants and hose reels, or dry fire services, we'd like to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish and wants to work with a business that has a strong pipeline of work.

The Role

• Managing Fire Protection projects from award through to completion
• Coordinating projects, trades, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing project timelines, budgets and variations
• Working closely with clients, consultants, builders and internal teams
• Reviewing project documentation, drawings and specifications
• Coordinating procurement and materials
• Monitoring project progress and resolving issues as they arise
• Managing project compliance, quality and safety requirements
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

About you

• Previous Project Management experience within Fire Protection
• Strong experience across either Wet Fire or Dry Fire systems
• Experience managing construction projects from $5M in value and up
• Strong understanding of project delivery, budgets and variations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Fire Protection requirements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of projects
