Our client is an established Australian construction software business providing workflow and operations management software to the construction sector.
With more than 250 organisations across Australia and New Zealand using their platforms, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant to join its Client Services team.
About the Role
As an Implementation & Training Consultant, you will work directly with clients to take them from implementation through to successful adoption of the platform. This candidate must come from working with a residential builder, where they have extensively used construction software platforms.
You'll be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring the system, preparing data, coordinating testing, delivering training and supporting clients through go-live and the initial hypercare period.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining implementation, consulting, training and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand client processes and requirements.
- Configure the software and coordinate data preparation and migration activities.
- Provide practical consulting around platform use, process improvement and best practice.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance before go-live.
- Deliver demonstrations, workshops and role-based training to client teams.
- Support clients through go-live and provide early-life assistance during hypercare.
- Maintain project plans, risks, actions, documentation and client communication.
- Work closely with Sales, Client Services, Product and Technology teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, solving problems and helping businesses adopt new technology.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in construction software implementation, onboarding, configuration, consulting or training.
- MUST come from working with a residential builder
- Strong knowledge of the building and construction industry, including common terminology and operational workflows.
- Confidence running client workshops, demonstrations and training sessions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- The ability to understand client processes and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Experience with testing, go-live and early-life support.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, with the confidence to manage challenges and escalate issues when required.
Experience with construction technology, workflow platforms, ERP, project systems or SaaS will be highly regarded, along with experience in data migration, process improvement or change management.
The Benefits
- Join an established and growing construction technology business.
- Work with a broad range of clients across the construction industry.
- Ongoing professional development and career progression.
- Strong support from an experienced and closely connected team.
- A varied role combining client consulting, implementation, training and technology.
- Opportunity to travel for client engagements across Australia and New Zealand.
- Leading base salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
If you're looking to move into a role combining construction, technology, client consulting and training, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business entering an exciting period of growth.
