Install Team Lead - HVAC | Adelaide

Marble Recruitment is partnering with a leading HVAC company in Adelaide to appoint an experienced Install Team Lead to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC technician who knows commercial installation, can coordinate a crew, and has the confidence to be the go-to representative on site.

We're looking for a strong HVAC installer who can lead from the front, keep jobs moving and know when to push and assist the team.

The Role

Working across a diverse range of commercial HVAC projects, you'll lead the installation team and act as the key liaison between the technicians, subcontractors, builders and client representatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating the HVAC installation team on site

• Acting as the company representative with builders and subcontractors

• Coordinating site activities and ensuring installations stay on program

• Administering and managing orders and materials on site

• Keeping technicians accountable, productive and working to program

• Providing hands-on technical support and guidance

• Training and mentoring less experienced technicians

• Maintaining quality, safety and workmanship standards

What we're looking for

We're after someone who has already built a solid career in HVAC and is ready to take the next step into a genuine team leadership position.

You'll ideally have:

• Minimum 5 years' HVAC industry experience

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

• Strong installation experience, with the ability to understand and work across both installation and service environments

• Essential: strong ductwork experience

• Experience with VRF/VRV systems would be highly regarded

• Experience with package units and split systems also regarded

• The ability to read plans and coordinate works on active construction sites

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The confidence to deal with builders, subcontractors and your own team
