An established and growing Sydney-based cabinetry business is seeking a Wardrobe & Cabinetry Sales Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm-lead sales environment with comprehensive training and a genuine work-life balance through a four-day working week.

About the Role

As a Wardrobe & Cabinetry Sales Consultant, you will work with homeowners to design customised wardrobe and storage solutions tailored to their needs, lifestyle and budget.

You will be provided with pre-qualified appointments across Sydney, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked appointments with homeowners
• Consult with clients to understand their storage and cabinetry requirements
• Design practical and customised wardrobe and storage solutions
• Prepare and present quotations during appointments
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Work closely with internal production and design teams
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

About You

• Trade qualification in Joinery or Cabinet Making is required
• Ideally you will have some sales experience with a strong track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Current manual driver's licence
