I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established, medium sized, and growing joinery business, who specialise in high-end residential projects across the East Coast of Australia. The business is searching for a skilled Cabinet Vision production Drafter to join their talented team.

This is an opportunity where quality, craftsmanship and career progression are genuinely valued. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Estimators, Designers and Production teams in a modern factory/showroom environment.

What you will be doing:

As the Production Drafter, you'll play a key role in taking projects from concept through to manufacture. You'll be responsible for:

• Producing detailed joinery drawings using Cabinet Vision
• Preparing cutting lists and production documentation and sending jobs through to CNC production
• Liaising with Project Managers, Estimators and the factory team
• Ensuring drawings are accurate and production-ready
• Supporting continuous improvement across the drafting and manufacturing process

This role is based primarily in the office, working closely with the team on the floor. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right person.

About You:

• 3-5+ years' experience using Cabinet Vision
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes
• Experience working with CNC machinery, cutting lists and production workflows
• A background within high-end residential joinery would be highly regarded
• Ability to communicate confidently with production teams and Project Managers
• A practical mindset with strong attention to detail

This is not a junior role, we need someone who understands the process and can add value from day one.
