About the Company
Our client is a leading, well-established volume residential builder, operating for over 40 years across NSW and ACT. They deliver a diverse range of projects including house and land, knockdown rebuilds, custom homes, display homes and medium-density developments. Delivery up to 100 homes across the ACT.
With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across NSW & ACT, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of quality residential homes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of multiple residential homes from site start through to handover.
You will coordinate trades and suppliers, maintain build quality, ensure projects remain on schedule, and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the construction journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential builds from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and WHS compliance across all sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any defects or quality issues
- Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve site challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trades, clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and company timeframes
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reports and construction records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the build process
About You
- Previous 3+ years experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction
- Cert III in Carpentry is essential and Cert IV in Building and Construction is favourbale
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices, construction methods and the NCC
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers and clients
- Proficency in Onsite Companion software
