Senior HVAC Draftsperson

We are currently partnering with a well-established HVAC contractor seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to join their Perth-based team.

• Lead and mentor a growing HVAC drafting team across major commercial projects
• Work with a well-established Perth contractor offering long-term stability
• Revit-focused role with genuine opportunity to influence drafting standards

This position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial HVAC background who enjoys leading and mentoring junior drafters while remaining involved in high-quality project delivery.

The Role:

• Produce and review detailed HVAC drafting documentation using Revit
• Coordinate drawings with project managers, engineers and site teams
• Support delivery of commercial HVAC projects across Perth metro
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate drafters
• Assist with improving drafting standards and workflows
• Attend project coordination meetings where required
• Ensure drawings align with project specifications and construction requirements

About You:

• Strong Revit experience within commercial HVAC projects
• 5-10+ years' drafting experience preferred
• Experience producing detailed shop drawings and construction documentation
• Strong understanding of commercial building services and construction processes
• Leadership or mentoring experience within drafting teams
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and quality of work
