An established and growing residential home builder is currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to support high-performing New Home Sales Consultants across busy display locations in South East Queensland.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates with previous experience within residential building, real estate, property management, or customer-focused sales environments who are looking to build a long-term career within the home building industry.

Logan Region - Bahrs Scrub & Greenbank Displays ⭐

• Thursday to Monday roster
• Full-time position including weekends

Gold Coast - Skyridge Display Location ⭐

• Saturday to Wednesday roster
• Full-time position including weekends

The Role

Working closely alongside experienced Sales Consultants, the Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting the customer journey from initial enquiry through to deposit stage.

Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers within display homes
• Supporting Sales Consultants with administration and client follow-up
• Managing customer enquiries and appointment coordination
• Maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation
• Assisting with presentation and upkeep of display homes
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Coordinating across internal departments where required

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience within residential building sales support, real estate, property management, or similar customer-facing industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Professional presentation and customer service focus
• Ability to work weekends as part of a full-time roster
• A proactive and team-oriented approach

For the Logan-based opportunity, flexibility to work across both Greenbank and Bahrs Scrub display locations is required.

For the Gold Coast opportunity, candidates currently based locally will be highly regarded.
