About the Role
Our client is a well-established custom home builder with a strong reputation across Western and South-West Sydney for delivering high-quality, design-driven residential projects. With a growing pipeline of over 150 homes currently underway, they are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their collaborative pre-construction team.

Our client is seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team. Responsible for preparing accurate costings, supporting the sales team with preliminary estimates, and assisting with production estimating to ensure projects run smoothly from design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing.
• Prepare accurate and competitive fixed-price tenders within required timeframes
• Ensure all tender submissions meet internal quality and compliance standards
• Maintain a strong commercial focus to support profitable project outcomes
• Prepare post-tender variations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Work closely with the sales team to support successful client outcomes and project wins
• Contribute to a seamless client experience by ensuring all pricing documentation is clear and accurate
• Ensure all tenders and variations are prepared in line with company policies and procedures

About You:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in either Production or Sales Estimating within residential construction (volume custom/architectural homes highly regarded).
• Exposure to or interest in Sales Estimating.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of estimating software and industry-standard processes.
