Business Development Manager - Mining

Looking to step away from the full 360 grind and focus purely on what you do best, winning business? This is a genuine opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development role within a high-performing mining recruitment team.

We're partnering with a well-established client in the mining space that's continuing to grow across Queensland. With strong delivery capability already in place, the focus here is simple: build relationships, win work, and drive growth.

The Role


This is a dedicated BDM position where you'll take ownership of new business across the mining sector. You'll be out in the market, building relationships with key clients, conducting site visits, and identifying new opportunities.

  • Focus purely on business development
  • Build and manage client relationships across the mining sector
  • Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings
  • Drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

About You

  • Proven background in recruitment (agency) or BD
  • Strong track record in business development and winning new clients
  • Ready to step into a fully BD-focused role
  • High energy, driven, and commercially minded
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
