We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded joinery business specialising in commercial and architectural solutions.
With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality delivery, this organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team.

The Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in pricing and securing a diverse range of commercial joinery projects. You will be responsible for managing multiple tenders simultaneously and contributing to the continued success of the estimating function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial joinery projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Managing a high volume of projects concurrently (40-60 jobs at varying stages)
- Liaising with internal teams including drafting, sales, and project delivery
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Maintaining and developing pricing tools, primarily within Excel
- Supporting the tender submission process and deadlines
You Will Have:
- 8+ years' experience in joinery estimating (commercial projects essential)
- Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and architectural joinery solutions
- Advanced Excel skills (essential as this is a key tool for pricing)
- The ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
