Seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional looking for a stable, long-term position in a static site environment, offering consistency and strong career growth potential.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across a dedicated site. The role focuses on ensuring all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory standards, while minimising downtime and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to optimise system performance
• Conduct system inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out timely repairs
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
• Liaise with site stakeholders to communicate issues and recommended solutions
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (essential)
• Valid Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential)
• Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and controls
• Ability to work independently within a static site environment
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver's licence
