Site Manager needed for premium residential builds across Lower North Shore or Inner West. $150-170K base + super, vehicle package + extras.

About the Company

Our client is a boutique high-end residential home builder with a niche focus on knock down re-builds, complete home renovations, high-end finishes and innovative designs. Producing approximately 40 projects annually, their clientele is primarily focused in the Inner West, North Shore and Northern Beaches market, working with third and fourth home buyers.

They are rapidly becoming recognised as one of the most reputable builders in Sydney and are seeking a seasoned site Site Manager with prior experience across local high-end residential projects.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a team of trades and sub-contractors across high-end renovations and new builds ranging from $1M - $3M.

• Managing the overall performance of each project from commencement to finishes
• Liaising with trades, sub-contractors and clients on a daily basis
• Weekly construction meetings
• Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings etc.
• Lead a team of site staff in delivering projects
• Ensure that project milestones are followed and met on time
• Undertake project quality assurance
• Manage defective work
• Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to specification
• Ensuring trades are complying with Safety Management Systems and WH&S legislation's

What You Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry is essential
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction will be highly regarded
• Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager leading high-end residential projects from commencement to completion
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Current drivers license
