FIFO WA | 2:2 Roster | $83+/hr Perm Rate (Interstate Flights Available)

Step into a leadership role in an underground gold operation currently starting up in the Pilbara Region. This is your chance to play a hands-on role in bringing a site up to full production while leading from the front.

Working with a highly capable crew, you'll oversee maintenance activities across a mixed underground fleet including Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet and Elphinstone equipment-offering plenty of variety and technical challenge.

With a balanced 2:2 FIFO roster and quality camp facilities, this opportunity combines strong earning potential with a lifestyle-friendly swing.

The Role

• Provide day-to-day leadership to underground maintenance personnel
• Allocate and oversee planned maintenance, servicing and breakdown tasks
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability targets are consistently achieved
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance across all activities
• Coordinate both workshop and field-based maintenance to maximise uptime

About You

• Trade qualified - Cert III in Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant (or equivalent)
• Strong background working on underground mining equipment
• Proven experience in a Leading Hand or supervisory capacity
• Solid understanding of maintenance planning and reliability principles
• Safety-driven with the ability to lead and influence a team on shift
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
