Spare Parts Coordinator - Mining OEM

We're partnering with a leading underground mining OEM to recruit a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator for their Perth (Midvale) branch.

This role sits within a close-knit service support team, supporting underground mining operations across Australia through spare parts coordination, internal sales and customer support.

You'll start on a 6-month contract through Marble, with a clear pathway into a permanent position based on performance.

  • Rotating shifts between 6am-5pm (8-hour days)

The Role

You'll be the key link between customers, field service teams and internal departments, ensuring parts are sourced, quoted and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage spare parts enquiries, quotations and sales orders
  • Identify correct parts using manuals, drawings and technical docs
  • Provide pricing, lead times and availability to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams
  • Manage backorders and customer updates
  • Organise freight and delivery to mine sites
  • Maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems
  • Follow up quotes to drive conversion

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 2+ years in spare parts, internal sales or coordination role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience processing purchase & sales orders
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills

Highly Regarded:

  • Mining, heavy equipment or industrial background
  • ERP experience (Dynamics 365 ideal)
  • Ability to interpret parts manuals or technical drawings
  • Mechanical or hydraulic understanding
