Are you a shotcrete sprayer ready to dive into your next big adventure? Come work with us and make a real impact underground. As a Shotcrete Specialist, you'll be at the heart of building projects that matter. Bring your skills and precision to our team and help us ensure every project is safe, strong, and up to spec. You'll be working on a developing underground gold portal, be part of developing a mine as it breaks ground!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate shotcrete spraying equipment, ensuring optimal coverage and quality to meet design specifications. Your role involves:

• Conducting detailed monitoring of shotcrete thickness and coverage.
• Performing pre-start checks and basic maintenance on shotcrete plant and equipment.
• Working collaboratively with jumbo, charge-up, and service crews to establish and maintain safe work sequences.
• Preparing work areas, including hydroscaling and applying fibrecrete as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in shotcrete spraying, particularly within underground environments.
• Full competence in the application of shotcrete underground.
• Class C driver's license.
• Ability to pass a police clearance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Holding a Dangerous Goods Security Certificate.
• HR driver's license.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced training or certification in relevant safety and shotcrete equipment handling will be considered an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work an 8:6 / 7:7 roster FIFO from Perth.
• Open to a temporary to permanent opportunity with competitive pay starting at up to $65 per hour on a casual basis.
