Service Coordinator / Account Manager
Marble Recruitment has partnered with a leading fire protection company based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team. Account Manager's are also encouraged to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating technicians while delivering exceptional service to commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and scheduling service technicians
Managing service requests and work orders
Liaising with clients to ensure service delivery and satisfaction
Supporting the service team with administrative and operational tasks
Maintaining accurate records and system updates
About You
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or scheduling role
Experience using Uptick will be highly regarded
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Experience coordinating technicians or field service teams
