FIFO Auto Electrician roles in SA mining. 2:2 rosters, great hourly rates, OEM machinery & long-term opportunities across underground & surface mining

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for trade-qualified Auto Electricians to join established mining operations in South Australia.

These opportunities are across both underground and surface mining environments, working with national mining contractors across a range of modern mobile plant and mining equipment.

Successful candidates will join experienced maintenance teams responsible for diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on a range of heavy equipment.

Duties

Diagnostics and fault finding on electrical systems
Maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile plant and mining equipment
Breakdown support and preventative maintenance
Installation and repair of electrical and electronic components
Working within site safety and maintenance procedures

Your Skills & Experience

Trade qualified Automotive Electrician
Experience working on heavy vehicles, mobile plant or mining equipment
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Previous mining experience advantageous but not essential
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
