Underground Agitator Operator

We're seeking experienced Underground Agitator Operators to join an underground mining operation in WA: with two sites to choose from!

• Roster: 8:6 / 7:7
• Employment: Full-time, Temp to Permanent
• Starting casual rates of $50 - $55 per hour

We're seeking experienced Normet Agitator Operators to join an underground operation in the Mid West or Pilbera Region of WA. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent FIFO work with an established mining contractors with multuple ongoing projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Safely operate Normet Agitator trucks for underground concrete transport and delivery

• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment to a high standard

• Support shotcrete operations and general underground service activities

• Collaborate with charge-up, service, and paste crews to meet production targets

• Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in all tasks

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience operating Normet Agitators or similar underground concrete transport units

• Real drive and motivation to learn and develop

• Valid C-Class Manual Driver's Licence (HR preferred)

• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

• Solid understanding of underground safety and operational standards
