Branch & Hours

The role is primarily based in the Brisbane branch, with occasional field support as required.

  • Standard 10 to 11 hour working days in the field and office.
  • Flexible start times available.
  • Overtime paid at penalty rates.
  • No on-call roster - manage job traffic during working hours.

Role & Machinery

Coordinate field service operations and support a team of technicians across Brisbane. This role blends office coordination with hands-on technical support when needed.

  • Manage daily job scheduling and technician workloads.
  • Main contact for breakdowns and service requests.
  • Prepare quotes, open work orders, and manage service admin.
  • Attend sites to assist technicians when needed.
  • Support servicing, commissioning, warranty work, and breakdowns.

Your Value

We're looking for someone with a strong trade background who can confidently coordinate people, jobs, and customers.

  • Trade qualified in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, or Light Vehicle
  • Experience coordinating field service or leading technicians
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Confident communicator with solid customer service skills
  • Safety-first mindset with strong organisational skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and committed to a long-term role
