A boutique residential builder is looking for an Estimator to join their team as they continue to expand across project and custom homes. Operating for over 12 years, this builder has an excellent reputation in the industry.

They deliver a mix of standard single and double storey homes, dual occupancies and highly customised builds. This is a great opportunity to join a modern, quality-driven building business.

This role will start in sales estimating, with the opportunity to be cross trained into production over time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing sales estimates for residential home projects
• Completing take-offs and pricing from plans and specifications
• Speaking with suppliers and subcontractors to keep pricing up to date
• Assisting with tenders and pre-construction documentation
• Working closely with the construction and production teams
• Over time, learning the delivery side of the business and moving into production

What We're Looking For

• Background in residential construction (estimating, contracts admin, project coordination or site roles)
• Good understanding of how homes are built and how projects run
• Site experience welcome, but not required
• Someone organised, detail-focused and keen to learn
• Motivated to build a long-term career in residential construction

This role would suit a Junior / Assistant Estimator or a site-based professional looking to move into an office role.
