A well-established commercial HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their Sydney-based service team. This role will focus on commercial service and maintenance works across the Sydney metro area, working on a varied portfolio of sites.
The Role
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns across split systems, package units, VRV/VRF, chilled water systems and more
- Complete job documentation and reports accurately
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and internal teams
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with Australian Standards
About You
- Trade-qualified HVAC Technician (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
- Current ARCtick Licence
- Solid experience in commercial service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Current driver's licence
- Good communication skills and professional presentation
