Experienced CNC Operator wanted for busy joinery workshop. Full-time role, modern machinery, great rates and long-term stability.

We are a well-established and growing joinery company specialising in high-end residential and commercial projects across the Perth metro area. Due to continued workload and strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our workshop team.
You will be responsible for operating and CNC machinery to produce precision joinery components, working closely with our production and cabinet-making teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Operate CNC routers for joinery and cabinetry production
Read and interpret detailed shop drawings
Set up jobs, tooling, and materials accurately
Ensure quality control and consistency across all components
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Work to production schedules and deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
Previous experience as a CNC Operator in joinery or cabinetry
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Trade qualification highly regarded but not essential
Secure, full-time position
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
