The role

After completing a wide range of training and development to bring your skills to a competent level, you will enjoy a role where you manage your own day and your own workload. With direction from the branch supervisors and the clients at the workshops you'll be working from, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves:

• Working on a wide range of UG hard rock mining mobile plant & civil earthmoving equipment
• 70% Adelaide base workshop installs at clients' sites, 30% away work working on mine sites and regional areas of SA
• 90% of your work will be working on brand new equipment installing fire suppression units and 10% servicing

Your value

You will have come from a mechanical background and ideally have experience working on mechanical and hydraulic systems. Although earthmoving experience would be advantageous, it's not essential; -

• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses (highly regarded, not essential)
• Excellent attitude towards learning and forwarding your skills
• Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (advantageous not essential)
• Strong customer facing skills and excellent communication capabilities
• Excellent workmanship and someone who is passionate about producing quality results
• Looking for a role that requires flexibility and away work 30% of the time
