I'm partnering with a top HVAC contractor to find a skilled Service Coordinator to support their busy service team. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the point of contact for both customers and technicians, ensuring schedules, jobs, and communications run seamlessly.
Schedule & dispatch HVAC technicians
Handle customer calls & updates
Track jobs, parts, and service documentation
Support daily operations alongside the Service Manager
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
HVAC or service industry experience (essential)
Positive, proactive attitude
Work with a respected, leading HVAC contractor
