Join a well-established Melbourne mechanical services company delivering commercial mechanical fit-out projects across offices and shopping centres, typically valued between $1-5 million. The team is practical, hands-on, and focused on delivering quality projects for a diverse client base.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to manage mechanical fit-out projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and client interactions while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget. This is an immediate start opportunity, but strong candidates are always welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical fit-out projects across commercial offices and shopping centres

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal service teams

• Ensure compliance with company and WHS standards

• Support multiple projects across Melbourne

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in mechanical/HVAC project management

• Proven experience managing medium-scale commercial fit-out projects ($1-5M)

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Practical, hands-on approach to project delivery
