HVAC Service Supervisors & Installation Supervisors

We're looking for experienced HVAC Supervisors to lead service and installation teams while working with multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 HVAC companies across SA!

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate either service or installation teams depending on your background

• Schedule, prioritize, and monitor daily operations

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and ensure quality of HVAC systems

• Mentor and support team members

• Maintain compliance with safety and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• Proven HVAC experience with leadership skills

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Relevant trade certifications
