The role

Reporting to the Field Service manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations out on the field visiting customer sites to get machinery up and running.

• Attending customer sites to carry out diagnostics, repairs and general maintenance across a range of earthmoving machinery and components - including engines, transmission, and hydraulic systems
• Filling out service reports in a timely manner with high levels of detail.
• Maintaining and operating the fully equipped company Ute.
• Liaising with the parts and internal service department teams to ensure smooth job turnaround.
• Delivering professional and friendly customer service, ensuring customers are kept updated and supported throughout the process.

Your value and experience

You'll hold a Certificate III in Mobile Plant and have solid experience working on mobile plant equipment in both workshop and field settings.

You'll also bring:

• 2-3 years' experience in a field service role.
• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly competent with hydraulics and can interpret schematics.
• At excellent attitude toward work and producing quality results
• Safety stands as a priority
• Must have a current Driver's License
