About the Role:

Our client is a leading residential builder delivering high-quality, custom and volume homes across Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential projects, managing a team of 4 site supervisors.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality homes on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage 4 site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from slab to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.

• Manage project budgets, resources, subcontractors, and procurement.

• Maintain compliance with building codes, WHS requirements, and company standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to senior management.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

• Implement continuous improvement practices across projects and teams.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in residential home building.

• QBCC License and Trade Qualified.

• Demonstrated leadership of site teams, including multiple supervisors.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods in Queensland.

• Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality homes.
