Long term permanent role with a leading mining OEM. FIFO, DIDO or residential based in Mackay. Attractive earning opportunity on a 7:7 day shift only.

The branch and your duties

You will be joining the surface drill and blast division of the business. Working primarily on production drilling equipment you will enjoy;-

• 7:7 roster - day shift only
• Options to be residential in Mackay (relocation paid), DIDO or FIFO from Brisbane
• Mostly site-based work with some workshop duties in Mackay
• OEM support on site, working as the product expert on the job
• Wide range of OEM factory training

FIFO, DIDO or Relocate to Mackay

• FIFO from Brisbane (fly in company time)
• DIDO from anywhere in the Bowen Basin/ Sunshine Coast/ Townsville (some travel paid, ute on offer)
• Relocation to Mackay - for those keen to be based in Mackay (relocation paid)

Your skills and experience

You will be Mackay based and either have experience working in open cut mining or possess a desire to move into that field. You will also have;-

• Trade qualifications
• Drill Fitting
• A current Driver's license
• Standard 11 and coal board medical (desired however not essential)
