The role 
Reporting to the Leading Hand, you'll join a skilled team of OEM fitters with extensive experience and knowledge of the equipment. You'll receive solid support to help you settle in confidently.
- Preventative and scheduled maintenance, servicing, upgrades, rebuilds, overhauls, and major component changeouts.
 
- Working on a wide range of machinery: excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, backhoes, trucks, compactors, pavers, and more.
 
 
Your value and experience 
You'll hold a Certificate III in Diesel Mechanics (preferably Cert III in Mobile Plant) and have solid experience working on mobile plant equipment in both workshop and field settings.
You'll also bring:
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities.
 
- The ability to work both independently and within a team.
 
- At excellent attitude toward work and producing quality results
 
- Safety stands as a priority
 
- Able to interpret schematics and drawings (highly regarded)
 
- OEM training (highly regarded)
