About the Company
Our client is a boutique luxury homebuilder specialising in architectural duplexes and custom homes. They're a family run business entering an exciting growth phase and looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team.
About the Role
In this role, you'll take ownership of the on-site delivery of duplex and custom home projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise multiple duplex and high-end residential projects valued up to $3M
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day site operations
Ensure projects meet design specifications, quality benchmarks, and timelines
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supervising custom home or duplex builds
Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building & Construction essential
Strong communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Current driver's licence
