About the Company
They are a highly respected Tier 2 HVAC contractor with 10+ years of experience delivering major projects across Sydney. Working with top Tier 1 & 2 builders, they specialise in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education projects with HVAC values up to $15m.

With a strong pipeline of work secured in Western Sydney, Sydney CBD, and the Lower North Shore.

The Role
As a Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of large HVAC packages. You'll be leading a strong site team and managing labour, subcontractors, and materials while working closely with our clients and builders to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects on site up to $15m (HVAC value)

• Oversee labour, subcontractors, and materials

• Maintain strong communication with clients, builders, and consultants

• Motivate and lead your team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

About You

• Experienced as a Foreman / Supervisor within HVAC or building services

• Strong track record on commercial, education, or large-scale projects

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and installation

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities
