About the Role

Joining a national business that has grown into a leader in the shopfitting space, with extensive experience across hospitality, office and retail Fitouts.

The role will be based in their Gold Coast office and will play a vital role in coordinating QLD based projects from conception through to completion and supporting the project manager in liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors and assist with admin to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in coordinating all stages of shopfitting and refurbishment projects.
  • Support contract administration, including documentation, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
  • Maintain strong communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, financials, and progress reports; support invoicing and claims processes.
  • Help identify and resolve project challenges proactively and collaboratively.
  • Uphold company commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • The role from time to time may require you to head out to site to assist the project manager.

About You

  • Experience in shopfitting is highly desirable.
  • Will also look at those from a commercial construction background too
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Experience using Procore software & MYOB is highly advantageous.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
