An established and well-respected contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full delivery of industrial projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a commercially astute PM with a strong background in industrial developments. You'll take ownership of a significant build, backed by a capable delivery team and a robust pipeline of future projects.

The Opportunity
You'll manage all phases of project delivery-from early procurement and stakeholder engagement through to handover. As the central point of contact for consultants, clients, and subcontractors, you'll be responsible for ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading full lifecycle delivery of major industrial construction projects

• Managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and compliance

• Driving procurement strategy and overseeing contract administration

• Liaising with consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders

• Mentoring and leading project and site teams to deliver excellence on-site

• Ensuring safety, quality, and program milestones are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Manager on industrial or commercial builds

• Proven track record delivering complex projects valued at $20M+

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

• Solid commercial acumen and knowledge of construction contracts

• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
