The Company

I am currently looking for an estimator for a company who focus on a mix of commercial carpentry jobs througout Perth. This company have an exciting workbook for the foreseable future. With supportive leadership teams and strong growth, this position ensures you are equipped to succeed and progress.

The Role

Join a family business that have been serving the area with a strong reputation. The position will enable you to lean on existing clientele as well as using your relationship building abilities to successfully bring more business to the team.

You Will

  • Ideally have a couple of years estimating experience in the commercial construction space.
  • Have a trade qualification in Carpentry or similar.
  • Have the ability to lead or work well as part of a team.
  • Have an eye for detail and excellent presentation skills
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Show excellent industry knowledge and be able to draw on your contacts
  • Comfortable with job management software (Buildxact / Buildertrend preferred)
