The Opportunity
We're partnering with several respected residential builders across Melbourne who are expanding their estimating teams. There are multiple opportunities for mid to senior-level Estimators to join in Production or Sales Estimating roles, working on detached housing and medium-density townhouse projects.
Depending on your skills, you could focus on production estimating - preparing accurate costings, managing BOQs, and supporting the construction process - or sales estimating, producing detailed client proposals and pricing packages.
What We're Looking For
3+ years estimating experience in residential construction (detached or MD/townhouses)
Skilled in producing BOQs, cost analyses, and price files
Ability to interpret working drawings, specifications, and reports
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and estimating software
