Are you a skilled Site Supervisor with a carpentry trade background and proven experience in commercial builds? We're partnering with a well-established Tier 3 builder in Adelaide to find an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to lead and deliver high-quality construction projects.

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a respected commercial builder with a strong pipeline of upcoming work across education, healthcare, government, and mixed-use developments. With a solid reputation for quality workmanship and a collaborative site culture, this builder values team players who take ownership and pride in their work.

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, subcontractors, WHS compliance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to spec. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the tools when required and leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure works are progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain WHS compliance at all times.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Manager and site team to report progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and productive job site.

About You:

• Qualified Carpenter with a strong understanding of commercial construction.
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects (new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, etc.).
• Proven ability to run a site independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• White Card, current Driver's Licence, and relevant tickets (e.g., First Aid, Working at Heights) preferred.
