My client is a leading insurance builder with a reputation for delivering quality repairs and an even stronger reputation for looking after their people. With a busy workbook and strong insurer relationships, they're growing - and are now on the lookout for a superstar Project Manager to join their Sunshine Coast team.
Engaging, scheduling, and managing trades to keep jobs running smoothly
Overseeing repairs to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Working closely with a skilled estimating team for seamless project flow
Liaising with insured clients to provide clarity and reassurance
Ensuring compliance with all WH&S standards
At least 1 year of experience managing insurance repairs
QBCC Supervisor license (essential)
Strong communication skills - you know how to work with clients, trades, insurers, and internal staff alike
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
