Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator needed for established Adelaide builder. Commercial projects, great team culture, and real career progression on offer.

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-standing Adelaide commercial builder known for high-quality project delivery and a genuine, down-to-earth team culture. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work-they're looking to bring a Contract Administrator into the fold as they continue to grow steadily and sustainably.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you'll be a key player in the commercial team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to help deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing procurement, preparing and issuing subcontracts

• Budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting

• Administering head contracts, variations, and progress claims

• Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to handover

• Engaging with subcontractors, consultants, and clients

• Contributing to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a CA role within commercial construction

• Solid knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, team-first attitude with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with delivery team.
