We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable homebuilder covering projects in the Hunter Valley region. This is a great opportunity with a well-established, family-run builder known for delivering high-quality custom homes across Sydney and the Newcastle region. With a strong pipeline of work and a new display home planned for the area, they offer long-term stability and growth for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing up to 25 projects at a time, including standalone homes and townhouse-style developments
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Ensuring quality standards, site safety, and compliance across all builds
- Managing schedules, inspections, and client communications
- Reporting progress to senior management with minimal need for supervision
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction sector
- Ability to manage high-volume projects independently
- Trade qualification and Supervisor's Ticket (Builder's Licence highly regarded)
- Strong commitment to longevity and delivering quality homes
- Based in or willing to travel across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas
