We're looking for a Leading Hand to join a brand new $12m retail project in Mornington. Great opportunity to work closely with an experienced SM
An established builder is kicking off a brand new $12.5M retail refurbishment in the heart of Mornington and is looking for an experienced 2IC / Foreman to join the team onsite.
The Project:
Refurbishment of a busy shopping centre including:
Reconfiguration and addition of tenancies
Façade, streetfront, and shopfront upgrades
Cosmetic internal works and services upgrades
Ongoing fitout packages expected throughout delivery
The Role:
You'll work closely with the Site Manager and project delivery team to:
Coordinate day-to-day site activity and subcontractors
Oversee structural and finishing trades across multiple stages
Maintain quality, safety, and keep the program on track
Assist with incoming client variations and evolving scope
Ideal for someone ready to step up on a complex live environment project with solid pipeline behind it.
