Multiple Site Management roles available in Adelaide with established commercial builders workign across new build, refurb and fit out projects.
Marble Recruitment are working with several respected Tier 1-3 builders are currently seeking Site Managers to lead delivery on a range of commercial projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds across education, health, government, apartments, and industrial sectors.
These roles offer the opportunity to join high-performing, well-established teams with strong project pipelines and supportive site structures. Please note succesful candidates will have commercial Site Management experience
Delivery-focused site roles overseeing projects from $1M to $50M+
Positions available on both new builds and complex refurbishments

Long-term pipeline of secured work in metropolitan and regional SA
Proven experience in site-based roles within the commercial construction industry
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards
Ability to manage subcontractors, trades, WHS compliance and site programs
A collaborative mindset with a focus on communication and team leadership
Trade background and/or construction management qualifications highly regarded
