Join a commercial construction team that specialises in delivering modern, innovative workspaces? Our client is on the lookout for Junior Contract Administrators who is driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take their next step in the construction industry.
As part of a collaborative and dynamic business, you'll be working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment where quality, innovation, and client satisfaction are at the heart of every project.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with contract preparation, procurement, and administration on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
Coordinating subcontracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
Supporting cost tracking, progress claims, and variation management
Maintaining project documentation and reporting to Project Managers and Senior CAs
Engaging with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
About You:
1-2 years of experience in contract administration, ideally in commercial fit-out or construction
A relevant qualification in construction management, building, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced project environment
Confident communicator who thrives in a team-based culture
