• This UG hard rock mine is located in N.QLD, in the Mt Isa region.
• Attractive, modern camp set up with good facilities (gym, wet mess etc)
• The camp is close to the mine, so limited travel in and out
• 2:2 roster where you'll fly in on company time and out on your time

The role and duties

You will enjoy working in a team of specialist tradespeople working on a wide range of LV mining equipment in the workshop and the field. Your duties will include;-

• Surface workshop maintenance duties - including problem solving, diagnostics, servicing, general repairs
• Machinery - range of LVs on site

Roster & hours

• 7 days on : 7 night on, 14 off - 12 hour shifts
• FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns

Your value

You will have come working as an LV fitter and have a desire to forward your skills and experience in the UG mining industry. Other attributes will include; -

• Trade qualifications in light vehicle
• Open cut or UG mining experience (highly regarded, not essential)
• 4 x 4 experience is a must
• Team player and a great attitude towards work
