The Role

• Produce Bill of Quantities (Production Estimates)
• Produce Sales Estimates on extra to ordinary designs
• Source more favourable pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors
• Negotiate and maintain Pricing Agreements
• Produce and update Master Bills
• Produce and send all purchase orders
• Order and manage stock for hardware and fit-off
• Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures
• Produce and price variations

What you need

• Min. 2 years in a similar position
• Cert IV in Building and Construction (Estimating) or similar
• Experience in both sales and production estimating
• Intermediate Databuild or other construction based ERP software system (preferred)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Problem solving and Information management skills
• Highly organised, proactive and resourceful
• Ability to perform under time pressures and meet deadlines
