ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is one of the leading residential builders within the high end space and is currently looking for an experienced residential Site Supervisor to join their team. They pride themselves on being innovative in the way they build their homes and work with their clients and upholding this as they continue to grow.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is suitable for someone who has worked within the residential construction industry and is looking to work with an established builder. You will be supervising a minimum of 5 quality homes.

Their homes value at $5m+ and build within highly sort after suburbs. You will work with leaders in the field, receiving exceptional support from the office with a full team of both production and sales estimators.

It is required that you have proven expereince building high end homes, on sloping blocks and are a professional problem solver.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum 3+ years working as a Site Supervisor in the residential industry
• QBCC Building license is essential
• Working with both low and high set homes
• Expereince liaising with trades, and leading a carpentry crew
• Proven eye for detail and skillset with working on luxury homes
• Ability to work towards targets effectively including budget, time and quality management

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• Reporting to one of the most experienced construction managers in the market
• Salary will be $120k + Super + Car + Phone + Fuel card. The salary can vary depending on experience
• Brilliant location working south side Brisbane
