Site Manager

Seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in new build construction and commercial fitout!

Our client is a leading construction company known for its innovation, quality, and collaborative culture. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work across a mix of sectors-including commercial, education, hospitality, and health-they are now seeking a driven and capable Site Manager to lead delivery on upcoming projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking full site ownership and responsibility for day-to-day operations

• Managing subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met

• Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

• Driving site safety culture in line with company standards and best practices

• Delivering both new build and high-end fitout works to exceptional standards

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build and commercial fitout projects

• A trade background or construction management qualification

• Strong leadership skills and an eye for detail

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Sound understanding of WHS regulations and site safety procedures
