Our Client:
Our Client is a well-established builder who specialise in architecturally-designed, high-end residential homes. Projects span inner Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, with builds ranging from luxury renovations to large-scale new homes up to $50m. They have a strong reputation in the market, solid pipelines, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

The Role:
We're looking for experienced Leading Hand Carpenters who are ready to take on more responsibility and drive quality on site. Depending on the project, you'll be supervising a small team of apprentices or leading a crew of qualified carpenters. You'll be hands-on with the tools while managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timelines are met and workmanship stays at the highest standard.

What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Carpentry

• Proven experience on high-end residential projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to run jobs and coordinate with supervisors and PMs

• Own tools and reliable transport

• Full Australian working rights

The Offer:

• $90k-$110k + super (depending on experience)
