Bookkeeper - Accounts Payable & Receivable Focus

???? Location: Northern Suburbs
???? Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + super (depending on experience)
???? Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours available)

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident with Xero? We're looking for a capable Bookkeeper to join a growing team and take ownership of thier accounts payable and receivable processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable

• Overseeing payroll (a couple of hours a week)

• Invoicing and reconciliation using Xero - Xero experience is a must

• Using Tradify for scheduling and workflow management - a powerful tool we've embraced

• Helping reduce costs and improve efficiency through strong financial processes

• Possibly assisting in receptionist duties or stepping into a broader office support role

What We're Looking For:

• Solid bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of Xero

• Someone who knows their way around supplier accounts and invoice management

• Experience with payroll processing

• Familiarity with Tradify is a plus (or willingness to learn)

• A proactive, hands-on person who can work independently and spot areas for improvement
